We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to permanently delete your VerticalClimb account.

How to Delete Your Account

Open the VerticalClimb app on your device
Tap the Profile tab (bottom navigation)
Tap the 💳 Plan sub-tab
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
Confirm the deletion when prompted

      ⏱️ Important: After deletion, your account enters a 30-day grace period. You can restore your account by signing back in during this time. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted.
    

What Gets Deleted?

When you delete your account, the following are removed:

Your profile (username, display name, bio, photo)
All climbing logs and progress data
Your goals and training plans
Leaderboard entries
AI Coach conversation history
Your email address and authentication records

Account Restoration

Changed your mind? You can restore your deleted account within 30 days by signing in with the same email address. After 30 days, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
